Paul Fredrick, a US menswear brand, has appointed Erica Lee as its new chief executive officer. Neal Black, the former CEO of Paul Fredrick and Jos. A Bank, will continue to serve on Paul Fredrick’s board of directors.
Lee is an experienced executive with extensive expertise in the apparel industry. Prior to joining Paul Fredrick, she worked with FullBeauty Brands, a direct-to-consumer portfolio, where she led the Ellos, KingSize, and Swimsuits For All brands.
Before her tenure at FullBeauty Brands, Lee held merchandising roles at Gap, Inc., where she started her career in the retail management training program, and at Coach, where she contributed to international growth in the global merchandising team before leading the North America retail merchandising team.
“We are thrilled to welcome Erica to the Paul Fredrick team. With her strategic vision and expertise in the apparel business and DTC operating model, we believe she will bring dynamic leadership to our skilled executive team,” said Jeff Manassero, a board member for Paul Fredrick.
Founded around 40 years ago as a shirtmaker, Paul Fredrick now produces men’s tailored fashion, including suiting, shirting, and elegant casual wear.
