
As per Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers (ACIMIT), sales of textile machinery made in Italy have gone up by 15 per cent. It’s also been reported that exports to foreign and domestic markets have too gone up by 21 and 7 per cent, respectively. As per the data from ISTAT, where exports of textile machinery to India have gone up by 6 per cent, ACIMIT states that Bangladesh has too imported a heavy lot, zooming the exports percentage by 187 per cent. The association is also optimistic about the EU markets to pick up in the near future.
