Usually, different systems for ecommerce, inventory management, order management, and third-party software systems result in lost sales, inventory stock outs and ultimately poor customer experiences for retailers. In order to avoid this, Gymshark is using the Patchworks Ecommerce Integration solution to easily connect to existing e-commerce or other specialized business systems with NetSuite to help ensure greater visibility and consistency of data flows, business processes, and customer experiences.
