The Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has drafted a new national technical regulation on limitation and inspection of content of formaldehyde and of aromatic amines derived from azo colorants in textile products. Dyeing units’ untreated wastewater discharge, a rising concern in Vietnam
