Displaying technologies together won’t only help the exhibitors, but will also prove fruitful for the visitors as well, as they will be able to see all the innovations from the technology providers at a platform (JIAM) which is located in Japan but is a ‘gateway’ to sewing and garment technology pioneering destination – Europe, especially Germany.
While speaking at the JIAM VDMA Press Conference, Elgar Straub, Managing Director of VDMA Garment and Leather Technology averred, “JIAM is the leading technology exhibition for the industry in Asia and has become completely re-established in the market. This trade fair offers German and European manufacturers of sewing and garment equipment the ideal platform to show the Japanese and Asian market their latest high technologies. Japan is not only one of the largest and top quality clothing markets worldwide, but also one of the main Asian trading partners.”
